About the Event
Create your own printed textile items to give as gifts or keep for your own use. Learn how to block print and stencil fabric and create a fabulous tea towel or tote bag. Fabric printing can be used for a range of items suchs as napkins, aprons, runners, used for applique, furoshiki wrapping cloths, quilting projects or hanging art pieces.
During the workshop you can use a range of pre-cut stencils and lino blocks to create your own personalised items. If you have stencils or lino blocks you’ve created before you can use these and combine with the ones available.
Slow down and enjoy creating items yourself that are printed by hand - sure to be treasured far more than mass-produced ones and you’ll have the pleasure of knowing that you created them yourself.
