About the Event
In this small group workshop we will explore wet felting. All materials are provided for you to create a peice of felt that you can then make into a small bag, cushion cover, journal covers, coasters, needle-case or other similar items. After the lunch break we'll make a small bowl.
You'll learn how to lay out the wool tops, decorate your piece, then felt and full it. By the end of the class you will have a peice of beautiful felt about 20cm square that you have created your self to use in other projects and a small bowl.
This workshop is a great opportunity to enjoy handmade processes and have fun learning how to continue these traditional crafts.
Price includes:
Course notes and all materials and tools including wool tops in a variety of colours and threads to embellish your piece.
You felt will be damp when you leave so a plastic bag to put it in would be useful.
