About the Event
In this small group workshop we will explore wet felting. All materials are provided for you to create a peice of felt that you can then make into a small bag, cushion cover, journal covers, coasters, needle-case or other similar items.
You'll learn how to lay out the wool tops, decorate your piece, then felt and full it. By the end of the class you will have a peice of beautiful felt about 20cm square that you have created your self to use in other projects.
This workshop is a great opportunity to enjoy handmade processes and have fun learning how to continue these traditional crafts.
Price includes:
Course notes and all materials and tools including wool tops in a variety of colours and threads to embellish your piece.
All included is a light lunch.
You felt will be damp when you leave so a plastic beag to put it in would be useful.
