About the Event
Learn how to upcycle your fabric scraps to create a cute little drawstring bag to hold your precious items, sewing stuff, travelling essentials and more.
We talk about composition, a range of stitches including Japanese Boro stitching, different materials and threads, all in a relaxed setting. Discover the therapeutic joy of working with needle , thread and textiles. By the end of the workshop you will have learnt valuable skills and created your own beautiful unique bag.
All materials and tools provided to create a beautiful drawstring bag (finished size approximately 14x17cm), plus light refreshments including a glass of bubbles.
Bookings essential as places are limited. Minimum of 3 participants for the workshop to proceed.
This course is perfect for beginners. No experience is needed.
Price is $90 per person and includes all materials, use of necessary equipment and light refreshments.
