About the Event

Join me for a series of Friday morning classes to explore different textile techniques. All materials are provided and you will create your own unique pieces of art each week.

We will explore fabric printing, felting and shibori.

No experience is needed and the class size is small so you will get lots of help to learn new techniques in a fun and supportive environment.

The four classes cost $200. Dates are Friday 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th June 2021. All classes are Fridays, 9:30am to noon, and include all materials.

About your tutor:

Amanda Donohue studied printmaking at Sydney College of the Arts graduating with a Bachelor of Visual Arts (Honours). She also has a Graduate certificate in Cross Disciplinary Art & Design from the College of Fine Arts (UNSW) where she studied textiles. Amanda has been a practicing artist for over twenty years and exhibits and teaches widely accross the Hunter, Central Coast and Newcastle.
