We are all shaped by the artists who have gone before us. Their marks, methods and ideas echo in our own work. This exhibition by the Makers Studio Central Coast & Newcastle Printmakers Workshop acknowledge those creative influences - not through

imitation but by creating original art works that carry the trace of another's impact. Prints will reflect a dialogue between the artists past & present, revealing how inspiration can be both a guide & a springboard for uniquely personal expression.

A schedule of talks is being organised by participating artists - the first is Saturday 11th April 11am to 1pm.

The exhibition will be held in Newcastle at Lighthouse Arts 28 March to 17 May 2026 .
